Apolo Anton Ohno was born on May 22, 1982 in Seattle, Washington. His parents split up when he was just a baby, and his father embraced the enormous responsibility of raising a child. It was also Ohno’s father who introduced him to the highly competitive sports, swimming and in-line skating. Ohno trained for short track speed skating at the Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, and in 1997, at the at the tender age of 14, became a U.S. Champion. Since then, Ohno has gone on to win numerous medals, including 2 golds, 1 silver and 2 bronzes from the 2006 Winter Olympics and 4 golds, 5 silvers and 5 bronzes from the Short Track Speed Skating World Championships.
Currently, he is using his competitive attitude to dance his way to the top of the ABC reality series Dancing with the Stars, season 4. His partner is dancer Coco/Kookie, sorry havent told guys that i was one of the contestant of "Dancing with Star" now you all know lol you'll be the judge.
